only be shipped to commercial locations and institutions. We
cannot ship these products to residences. Installation MUST be
performed by professional installers and MUST comply with all
applicable building and electrical codes. By purchasing any Creative
Displays artificial pre-lit trees, fourteen feet tall or higher, the
purchaser warrants that such tree WILL be properly installed by
professional installers ONLY and purchaser assumes all
responsibility and liability for: the correct and proper installation
and maintenance of such tree, and any and all damage and/or
injury that may occur relating to the installation of such
tree.
